Service Trade is an online platform and application used by Firetrol employees and customers to create, manage, view, and complete work orders. 

TO USE SERVICE TRADE, YOUR BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR MUST GRANT YOU ACCESS

USE THE SERVICE TRADE APP TO:

• View current and upcoming appointments (main page)

• View and complete services (click on a specific job and then select "services")

• Add pictures and comments to specific services (select services and then select a specific service)

• View comments (comments)

• View deficiencies found during inspection or by a technician (deficiencies)

• View work order pictures (pictures)

• View contact names, phone numbers, and emails (contacts)
