"The Sydney℠ Health mobile app gives you 24/7 access to your benefits, claims information, and ID cards. Plus, you can use it to find doctors, set up virtual care visits, track your health, and receive important information about your plan."

To use Sydney Health, you must set up an account on the Anthem website found here

Use the Sydney Health app to:

• View ID cards (top of page under "ID Cards")

• View Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket usage ("Plan Usage" on Home page)

• View your claims (under "Claims" on Home page)

• Find care and providers using your location (Select "care" on bottom, allow your location, and either search for a provider by using the search bar, or scroll down for specialized care.

• Check prescription history, order status, and renewals for prescription medications (Pharmacy tab at the bottom of the screen)
